We broke status quo...

In early March, as much of the nation locked down due to the novel coronavirus, we decided to use that time to begin to break the industry norms. We listened to what our clients were telling us, and we were concerned about keeping our team safe - so we could make sure that your comfort needs could be tended to in a moments notice.

Unlike Every Other Company

We decided that we were not going to play by the same rules that every other company played by. While we were deemed an "essential service" in the Stay-at-Home requirement, we believed that there were only certain aspects of our business that were "essential" to the life and safety of our community and clients.

Shutting Down Operations

While we technically shut down the bulk of our operations, we kept one technician per discipline available to run calls. We implemented daily "drive by" verifications and wellness checks, as well as continual van restocking to ensure that we always had what you needed. We kept our office staff at home, and we went to work on the business.

A Whole-New Experience

While our online store is still in its infancy, there has been a significant and positive response from most of our clients. Many homeowners want to replace their failing mechanical equipment, but they also want the ability to choose a company that's right for them without being pressured into making any decision. Hence, our new online shopping experience.

We are Granger's Mechanical Inc., dba A1 Service Heroes. We are conveniently located in the Coachella Valley and Inland Empire. Our team of expert technicians focus on your entire home - not just one system. We believe that our job is to act as your advisor, not your salesman.

Each teammate has been thoroughly background checked, drug tested, and undergoes extensive personal and professional training to be mentally prepared for the demanding season(s), as well as technically prepared to resolve your problem the first time!
